Our hostel is located on the Lagerplatz, a former industrial area close to the old town. The area offers a wide range of entertainment possibilities:

Skills Park is the biggest indoor arena for action sports in Europe (6'000 qm).
Urban Golf
Golf yourself through Winterthur - you can rent the equipment for some Urban Golf at Skills Park. Starting point is in our area on the Lagerplatz!
Cameo - Arthouse cinema
New and old films, selected by movie enthusiasts with a nice bar - this is the new cinema Cameo. Also the place to go if you want to see undubbed movies!
Geheimgang 188 - Live Escape Game
Geheimgang 188 underneath the hostel building takes the concept of a live escape game to the next level: you not only solve puzzles, but experience a whole story.

Dampfzentrum Winterthur
In the hall 181 you can find the Dampfzentrum ("steam centre"). Steam engines, steamroller, locomotives - the witnesses of the industrial era are here at home. Guided tours with show on request.
Radwerk - Bicycle shop and repairs
If you need a spare part or a new bicycle - Radwerk next to our hostel also helps our bicycle tourists.
Kraftfeld - Music club
The party location next to us. Live concerts or funky parties - in the nicely furnished Kraftfeld you can party on!
Bühnerei - Room for theatre and circus
In the Bühnerei you can attend courses für theatre and circus, workshops and holiday programmes for children from 3, teenagers and adults.

Vinyl is coming back and we are happy that you can buy some records just next door.
